Must Have

  • Expertly translate storyboards into polished Rise 360 courses with clean UI/UX and mobile responsiveness.
  • Extend Rise blocks using custom coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for unique learning interactions.
  • Utilize AI tools for asset creation, code snippets, and optimizing development workflow.
  • Ensure SCORM-compliant outputs function flawlessly within LMS.
  • Manage bandwidth and output, executing with minimal hand-holding.
  • Pro-level expertise in Rise 360 (familiarity with Storyline 360 for complex block embeds).
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to speed up production and improve course quality.
  • Disciplined, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, fractional environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visual design and custom-coded interactions within Rise 360.
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with Learning Scientists and stakeholders.

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Rise 360 Developer for a part time role. Summary: We are looking for a highly efficient Rise 360 Developer who doesn't just "fill templates" but approaches development with an AI-first mindset. This is a part-time role, targeting 20 hours per week. You will be responsible for translating complex storyboards into high-end, SCORM-compliant learning experiences. This is a fractional role designed for a "consultant-style" developer who is used to working at a fast pace, managing multiple projects, and leveraging custom code and AI tools to enhance standard authoring outputs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Development: Expertly translate storyboards and design documents into polished Rise 360 courses with a focus on clean UI/UX and mobile responsiveness
  • Custom Integration: Go beyond the standard Rise blocks by using custom coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to extend functionality and create unique learning interactions
  • AI-First Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate asset creation, generate code snippets for custom blocks, and optimize the development workflow
  • SCORM/LMS Management: Ensure all outputs are perfectly exported as SCORM files and function flawlessly within our LMS ecosystem
  • Self-Directed Delivery: Manage your own bandwidth and output; We are looking for a "plug-and-play" professional who executes with minimal hand-holding

Requirements

  • Articulate 360 Mastery: Pro-level expertise in Rise 360 (and familiarity with Storyline 360 for complex block embeds)
  • Coding Skills: Familiarity with basic coding or scripting (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus but not required
  • AI Workflow: Demonstrated ability to use AI (LLMs, image generators, or coding assistants) to speed up production and improve course quality
  • Consultant Mindset: Experience working in a fractional capacity; You are disciplined, meet deadlines without reminders, and thrive in an environment where you are expected to "hit the ground running"
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of work demonstrating high-end visual design and custom-coded interactions within Rise 360
  • Communication: Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with Learning Scientists and stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
